繼團隊於九份規劃的《吾穀茶糧 食茶館》後，這次又與《有墨設計 事務所 Humour Design》共同規劃完成《吾穀茶糧》進駐台北《松菸誠品》的室內空間設計，經過前置的構思發想，我們試圖以異材質的混搭組合，為空間拉出層次感，營造出高質感的簡約現代風格。
延續《吾穀茶糧》樸實自然的品牌調性，以原木感的木作設計為空間基調，並適度的添入鐵件素材，如：吧臺部分，概念來自台灣早期糧商、中藥鋪，將立面所使用的木質抽屜，以金屬把手點綴，成為較具主題性的裝置；我們試圖利用不同材質的加入，在簡單樸質中增添俐落工業特質，而悉心挑選的風格道具、簡約商品陳設，讓整體空間跳脫一般對五穀產品的守舊傳統印象。融合東西方的美學思維，《吾穀茶糧》攜著大地時和歲豐，將優質的「慢食」生活態度，透過空間的營造，漸漸融入現代人的日常。

Following the team's earlier work on the SIID CHA Tea House in Jiufen, this project marks another collaboration, this time with Humour Design, to complete the interior space design for SIID CHA's new location within Eslite Spectrum Songyan in Taipei. Through careful conceptual groundwork, the team sought to introduce a layered sense of depth through the combination of contrasting materials, creating a refined and minimalist modern aesthetic.

Staying true to SIID CHA's grounded and natural brand character, natural wood serves as the foundational design language of the space, with iron elements introduced at measured intervals to add contrast and edge. The bar counter, for instance, draws its concept from Taiwan's early grain merchants and traditional Chinese medicine shops, with wooden drawer facades along the frontage accented by metal handles, becoming a thematic installation in their own right. Through the deliberate layering of different materials, a clean industrial quality is introduced within the simplicity and warmth of the space. Carefully curated props and a restrained product display help the space move beyond the conventional, traditional image often associated with grain-based products. Blending Eastern and Western aesthetic sensibilities, SIID CHA carries with it the abundance of the earth and the rhythm of the seasons, gently weaving a quality-minded "slow food" philosophy into the fabric of modern everyday life through the spaces it inhabits.
