「豬、柿」都如意！

小時候掛在柑仔店裡一串串的透明小豬撲滿，是每位大人在孩提歲月時，努力存入小小未來的共同回憶。為了歡慶豬年的到來，我們延伸小豬撲滿經典圓潤造型與鮮明藍橘色彩，為美可特設計2019己亥年賀卡。

此次主題取自吉祥話「諸事大吉」的諧音「豬」、「柿」，具體轉化成可愛圓滾的飽滿造型。賀卡中央與右下角各以局部燙金印上圖案，逗趣的小豬尾巴更巧妙與201「9」結合，為溫暖的祝賀心增添不少趣味。此外，印製過程選用特殊凸版印刷，一次只印製一版一色，傳遞印刷工藝的嚴謹與實在，也象徵用層層堆疊的祝福與期待，迎接嶄新的一年。

"Pig and Persimmon, may everything go your way!" The tiny transparent piggy banks that once hung in rows at the neighborhood candy store are a shared childhood memory for many, each coin dropped in a small, earnest investment in a little future. To celebrate the arrival of the Year of the Pig, we drew inspiration from the classic rounded form and bold blue-and-orange palette of the piggy bank to design Mecote's 2019 Year of the Jihai Pig greeting card.

The theme plays on the homophonic charm of the auspicious phrase "may all things be prosperous" (諸事大吉), with "諸" sounding like "pig" (豬) and "吉" echoing "persimmon" (柿), both brought to life as plump, adorable illustrated forms. Partial gold foil stamping adorns the center and lower right corner of the card, while the playful little pig tail cleverly loops into the "9" of 2019, adding a delightful touch of wit to the warm wishes within. The card is printed using a special letterpress technique, with each color applied one pass at a time, honoring the craft and integrity of the printing process. It is also a quiet symbol of wishes and hopes, layered one upon another, as we welcome a bright new year.
